The Eurodam's Specialty Dining Options

Pinnacle Grill -

With a menu featuring flavors of both land and sea, the Pinnacle Grill is a crowd pleaser for many of our cruisers. Each carefully crafted meal is beautifully plated and paired with an award-winning wine, making for an exceptional dining experience at sea. Start your meal with farm-raised fresh caviar, treat yourself to some surf n turf, and finish off your night with a delectable tres leches cake. Many customers enjoy the candied bacon, which is creatively served hanging from a small clothesline. Lunch at the Pinnacle Grill starts at $25 per person, while dinner starts at $52. Neptune and Pinnacle Suite guests are encouraged to visit the Pinnacle Grill for complimentary breakfast.

Morimoto by the Sea-

Located on deck 11, this exclusive restaurant is headed by world-renowned Chef Masaharu Morimoto, previous winner of “Iron Chef”, and Holland America's Global Fresh Fish Ambassador. Chef Morimoto’s cultural experience seasons every Japanese-inspired dish, creating unique flavor combinations like tuna pizza, calamari salad or Angry Lobster Pad Thai. The restaurant also features a sushi bar, where you can watch expert chefs skillfully craft your roll right before your eyes.  A meal at Morimoto starts at $55 per person, with menu items changing each night, adapting to regional flavors to provide only the best, fresh seafood.

Canaletto-

Take a voyage to Italy on deck 9, where you’ll find the rich Italian flavors of Canaletto. With fresh ingredients and pasta made from scratch daily, every facet of your dinner at Canaletto is expertly curated to create an authentic Italian dining experience. The menu features classic dishes, like burrata, spaghetti and pesto genovese, while more extravagant options include lobster tails and seared Mediterranean sea bass. Food and family are deeply intertwined in Italian culture, and dining is viewed as a communal experience; Holland America says the flavors of Canaletto are best enjoyed when shared. Dinner at Canaletto starts at just $25 per person.

Tamarind-

Perched atop the Eurodam, Tamarind offers sweeping views of the ship and the ocean below. While you savor the view, you'll also savor the exciting flavors of Asia: Crispy duck with a ginger chili glaze, red curry coconut chicken, Thai citrus scallops- each choice is authentic and exciting, drawn from a variety of Eastern flavors. After enjoying dinner, don't miss out on some unique desserts; the menu features yuzu cheesecake, house made sorbet, and a variety of exotic fruits. Dinners at Tamarind start at $35 per person. 

Crows Nest Cafe- 

Along with spectacular restaurants, the Crow’s Nest is one of the pinnacle features of the Eurodam. Perched at the very top of the ship, the lounge offers a panoramic view of the ocean below, and is a picture-perfect spot to enjoy a cappuccino in the morning or a cocktail at night.  Many of our frequent cruisers find the Eagles Nest to be one of their favorite spots on the ship, offering a relaxing retreat amidst the excitement of the cruise.

Several of the Eurodam's specialty dining spots exclusively serve dinner, so be sure to book your reservations early in the cruise to secure your spot! 

Other dining options on the ship include the lido market, a poolside grill, New York pizza made-to-order, and 24-hour room service.
