Dr. John Bergsma is Professor of Theology at Franciscan University of Steubenville and Vice President of Mission at the St. Paul Center for Biblical Theology. A former Protestant Pastor, Dr. Bergsma entered the Catholic Church in 2001 while pursuing a Ph.D. in biblical studies from the University of Notre Dame, Indiana. Dr. Bergsma has written over twenty books on Scripture and the Catholic faith, and speaks regularly at parish missions, conferences, and clergy convocations nationally and internationally.  His social media appearances, such as with Matt Fradd (Pints with Aquinas), have reached several million views. Dr. Bergsma and his wife Dawn reside in Steubenville and have been blessed with eight children and five grandchildren (so far!).
